Students build and inspect containment systems and conduct supervised mock abatement procedures. \nThis course is mandatory for Certified Asbestos Consultants (CAC)\, Site Surveillance Technicians (CSST)\, and abatement supervisors in California. \nNo prerequisites required.\nFull attendance is mandatory and a passing score of 70% on a closed-book\, multiple choice final exam to receive the AHERA Contractor/Supervisor certification. \nRefresher training is required every year afterwards to maintain certification.
